Service & Pricing

We use snowblowers, not plows in order to eliminate damages that occur during plowing as well as to eliminate the mound of snow at the end of the driveway. .   We use eco-friendly deicing products, so it is safe for your pets and yard.

Please Read:

Our snow clearing services include both clearing and de-icing and are automatic for storms that accumulate at least 3 inches of snow.  We will nor clear without  de-icing.  Our de-icing products are eco-friendly so when comparing our prices to other companies pleases keep that in mind.  The products that 99+% of all professional snow service companies use is harmful to the environment (your lawn / garden, the waterway's, as well as your pets paws, etc.... ).  The de-icing products these companies use on your property are consderably less expensive than the products we use.   We believe that your pets, the area's you, your children  and loved ones play in as well as the excess runoff that goes into the sewers and waterways should not be harmful and cause harm to the envirionment (soil, animals, oceans, fish, etc..). 

The posted prices are for the normal average size property.  Additional fee's are applied to oversized area's.   Discounts are also possible for undersized area's in certain circumstances.  Discounts are at the discretion of management.  

Our posted prices are a bulk service discounts.

General prices are below.  Circumstances that will change the posted prices for clearing / de-icing

• Clearing for only larger storms.  Contracts are for all storms 3 inches or more 
• Extra long driveways, multiple level stairs and anything extraordinary 
• Oversized Driveways as well as driveways that lead to a car park 
• Corner houses with extra long sidewalks  

Snow Blowing prices for single family houses. (These prices are for clearing only.  The de-icing pricing are on the right hand side of the page.)

• Driveway = $50
• Driveway, sidewalk, front walkway & front steps = $75
• Additional steps (i.e. back steps)= $5
• Additional walkways = $5
• Cleaning off automobiles $3 each
• Clearing out vehicles on the street $20 per car

Option 1

Clearing only the driveway = $50

Additonal Fees

• Each additional driveway is $30
• $25 additional for the sidewalk, walkways & 1 entrance way
• $5 each additional entrance way
• $5 each additional walk way
• Cleaning off automobiles $3 each
• Clearing out vehicles on the street $20 per car

Option 2

Clearing sidewalks, walkways & 1 entrance way = $50

Additional Fees

• $25 to clear the first driveway / $30 each additional driveway
• $5 each additional entrance way
• $5 each additional walk way
• Cleaning off automobiles $3 each
• Clearing out vehicles on the street $20 per car

**please note:  We are an eco friedly company.  Our de icing products cost considerably more than our competitors products.  We live by the belief that whatever we apply to your property must be safe for your children, your pets and for your garden.  Please keep this in mind when requesting estimates from us.  We are always happy to provide free quotes, however we will not use products that cause harm to the earth or risk the health of your children & pets to lower our costs.

  Bare Ground Solutions for wood porches & steps          

Bare Ground is an all natural environmentally safe co-product of corn, grain or agricultural processing sometimes containing distiller condensed solubles that are added to a base of Magnesium Chloride (MgCl2). Bare Ground is non toxic, water soluble, non flammable, biodegradable and less corrosive than water.
